Picture this....Wild art at Saltram!
Plymouth College of Arts students head to Saltram for some wild illustration inspiration....
Our project partners at the National Trust and Plymouth College of Arts are working together with illustration students as part of the Green Minds project at Saltram.
The students came for a visit to Saltram where they engaged with staff to look around the gardens and some of the botanical and landscape paintings in the house collection for inspiration.
The students are working to bring a nature corridor to life where we hope their incredible illustrations will help visualise what the future could look like over time as we leave it to naturally regenerate with no intervention.
Their work should be on display to coincide with the emergence of new life in spring 2022, something to look forward to- so keep your eyes peeled!
