Central Park Clock Tower Re-design Project

Our Green Communities team is hoping to re-plant the Clock Tower garden at Central Park in Spring 2026.
Between now and then, we are holding a series of workshops to get your input and help us with the project, focusing on native species.
The first session will be on Monday 13th October from 12-2pm at the Central Park Clock Tower. We will talking about the aims of the project, looking at what is already growing with a bit of plant identification, followed by an introduction to permaculture and brainstorming all the different ideas you have.
There will be an option to do a bit of weeding of the drainage channels around the Clock Tower too if you would like to help in a more practical way.
The workshops will be very relaxed and mainly mapping ideas, planning and designing. You don't have to stay for the whole session, or have any experience! Everyone is welcome!
