Creative Commissions Workshop

Led by Green Minds, Mobility Hubs and University of Plymouth, Low Carbon Devon project , and supported by Plymouth Culture, the Creative Commissions programme will produce a series of 8 creative works. Each commission will have a separate brief, but will be produced and exhibited as part of an overarching series.

The commissions are open to creative industries in Devon. We encourage creatives from different disciplines and backgrounds to join us for our workshop and to apply.

This is an exciting opportunity for local creative people! Find out more and how to apply for the commissions at our online workshop on Tuesday 28th September, 12-2:30pm. To apply for a creative commission, you need to be registered on Supplying the South West: www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk by 24th September.

The workshop

We want to ensure all potential applicants for the creative commissions are confident to submit a proposal. The workshop will be hosted online via Zoom and will:-

• Give detail on the different creative commission briefs
• Support proposal development and practical tips for applications led by Plymouth Culture
• Facilitate collaborations
• Have inspiring speakers including the Nature Connectedness Research Group, University of Derby and project partners
