Discover the plants and wildlife living in Central Park's hedgerows and how these can be better for wildlife in the future.
As part of the Take Action For Wildlife series of citizen science training events, join Jess Smallcombe, Community Ecologist from Devon Biological Records Centre, to discover what's growing and living in the Devon hedges that wind through Central Park. You will learn about the significance of hedgerows in the landscape, botanical identification skills, what plant, tree and invertebrate species you can find and how to survey a hedgerow.
