Join us looking for the rare White-letter hairstreak butterfly, learn how to identify & survey butterfly species & find out how you can help these insects at home.
Central Park is home to a rare and elusive species of butterfly, the White Letter Hairstreak. During this survey we will be looking for this elusive species, but also at some of the other butterfly species found in the park. Join the Green Minds team and Devon Biodiversity Records Centre to learn about butterfly surveys, how to identify common species and what you can do to help butterflies across the city.
