Tree Identification and Seed Gathering Event

At this session you will find out more about trees and the new community tree nursery. After an introduction on how to collect seeds & how they can be used, we will go for a walk in the Bircham Valley woodland close to the farmhouse to see what we can find.

This activity is open to all & great fun for all ages (children must be accompanied by an adult). It will be a great opportunity to find out how Green Minds could be making a difference in your community - we are looking at how we can connect greenspaces in the west of the city - if you live near Keyham, St Budeaux or Weston Mill, we would love to hear your thoughts & see you at this event!

Park in Rydal Close car park, meet at the Poole Farm farmhouse. Wear suitable clothing depending on the weather. Sturdy footwear is essential. No dogs please. Final information will be sent out prior to the event.
