Central Park Festive Fun Sculpture Trail Competition!

Get out and active over Christmas at Central Park by taking part in our Festive Fun Sculpture Trail competition!

Thanks to our Green Minds partners, we’ll be giving away a breakfast jar of Poole Farm Honey and a Pollenize Rewilding Seed Pack for Pollinators to 10 competition winners! Not only do you have a chance to win some delicious local honey, you can help bees, butterflies and bugs by creating your own wildflower patch at home!

For your chance to win, you’ll need to find the Central Park sculptures, looking for wildlife along the way, and take a photo with your favourite sculpture to share with everyone. Keep an eye on the Nature Plymouth Facebook page over Christmas for clues on where you can find the sculptures in the park!

Anyone can enter this competition – no matter what your age, we want to see you all having some festive fun exploring Central Park and discovering the 6 sculptures! We also want to see you looking for wildlife and enjoying spending time in nature!

To enter the competition, simply…

  • Find the 6 sculptures in Central Park and pick your favourite.
  • Take a festive photo of you / your family with your favourite sculpture.
  • Upload your photo publicly on Facebook with #greenmindsplymouth. Include a sentence about your favourite part of visiting Central Park and let us know what wildlife you spotted on your trip!

Make sure your Facebook post is set to public (so everyone can see the photo) and you include #greenmindsplymouth (this means we can count your entry)!

Not on Facebook? Don’t worry - you can still enter the competition! Please email your entry to wildlife@plymouth.gov.uk with the subject ‘CP Competition Entry’.

Submit your entry before this competition ends on Monday 4th January 2021. We’ll pick our favourite festive themed photos and announce the 10 prize winners on week commencing 11th January 2021.

Good luck and we look forward to seeing your festive fun along the Central Park Sculpture Trail!
