Terms & Conditions – Central Park Festive Fun Sculpture Competition, December 2020

Chance for up to ten (10) people to each win one (1) Pollenize Rewilding Seed Pack for Pollinators (containing 1m2 coverage of native wildflower seeds) and one (1) x Breakfast jar (45g) of Poole Farm Honey by publicly sharing a photo with a Central Park sculpture on Facebook with #greenmindsplymouth or emailing it to wildlife@plymouth.gov.uk.

  1. There will be up to ten (10) winners, with a prize consisting of: one (1) Pollenize Rewilding Seed Pack for Pollinators (containing 1m2 coverage of native wildflower seeds) and one (1) x Breakfast jar (45g) of Poole Farm Honey.
  2. Any costs incurred over the stated prize limit must be paid for by the winner.
  3. Prize is subject to availability.
  4. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  5. To enter you must take a photo with at least one of the six Central Park sculptures and post this publicly on Facebook with #greenmindsplymouth or email it to wildlife@plymouth.gov.uk.
  6. Entrants must be 18 or over. If you are posting photos of other people / children, ensure they/their guardians have given you permission to share the photo publicly.
  7. By entering this competition, you are: Agreeing to give consent to any images or videos captured to be used for publicity purposes, including social media, newsletters, reports, presentations, websites, displays, leaflets and academic work. Agreeing that images and or videos captured can be used by news media and their associated websites and social media channels, including print, television and radio.
  8. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple photo entries count as one (1) entry.
  9. Entries close at 11.59pm on Monday 4th January 2021.
  10. Winners will be selected and contacted on week commencing 11th January 2021.
  11. The winning photos will be announced on the Green Minds website and Nature Plymouth Facebook page. Winners will be contacted direct via their Facebook account or email address supplied with entry.
  12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
  14. Prize will be available to collect at a location to be confirmed, at a date/time agreed by both parties in line with coronavirus guidance.
  15. Employees of Plymouth City Council are not eligible to enter this competition.
  16. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
  17. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
  18. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
